Becker Sales Company, Inc. was originally a two-man operation owned and started by Phil Becker in 1947. The very first location was on Jefferson Street in downtown Chicago, which was eventually relocated to Elk Grove Village in 1979. Don Block joined Phil Becker as a partner in 1972.  Phil Becker retired in 1984. Gary Block joined the agency in 1978 where he started in the warehouse working his way through school. Gary progressed through the company and into outside sales in 1984. Don retired in 1994 and Gary was promoted to President of the company. Ron Clausen joined the agency in 1985.  Both his father and his grandfather were in the industry as well. Ron became warehouse manager in 1989 after graduating college. He progressed through the company and became Vice President in 1995. Our 30,000 square foot Warehouse is located in Elk Grove Village and has been recognized as the best local stocking facility in our industry .  Six full-time employees maintain our warehouse.
